Amphenol Industrial KTK High Pressure Downhole Connectors

Amphenol Industrial offers the KTK High Pressure Downhole Connectors as a line of high pressure connectors ideal for Oil and Gas Drilling applications. Fully compatible with Kintec and GE Tensor layouts, KTK High Pressure Downhole Connectors provide a high pressure, sealed connection designed to meet the rising demand for more rugged connectors in the downhole industry. The new KTK downhole connector uses a machined glass-filled epoxy to retain its mechanical properties at extremely high temperatures. For longer life and prolonged mating cycles, each connector offers bi-directional 20,000 PSI, gold contacts, a Vitron O-ring and solder pot connections. The KTK Connectors are ideal for use in MWD (measurement while drilling) systems, LWD (logging while drilling) tools and downhole batteries. Amphenol KTK High Pressure Downhole Connectors offer a cost-effective solution for oil and gas applications that require low-maintenance, accurate and reliable assemblies, and are capable of being flexible and limiting risks associated with in-hole loss. KTK Connectors are available in medium and high temperature versions.
