Analog Devices ADM3051 High-Speed Industrial CAN Transceivers consists of controller area network (CAN) physical layer transceivers that allow a protocol layer CAN controller to access the physical layer bus. ADM3051 CAN Transceivers are capable of running at data rates up to 1Mbps and compliant with the ISO 11898 standard,. The devices include current-limiting and thermal shutdown features to protect against output short circuits and events where the bus may be shorted to ground or power terminals in 24V bus power systems. Designers can choose between three operating modes (high speed, slope control, and standby). With an industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C, ADM3051 High-Speed Industrial CAN Transceivers are well-suited for CAN data buses, industrial field networks, DeviceNet applications, CanOpen, and CanKingdom.Features
