Analog Devices Inc. ADPA9002 1W Power Amp (~DC to 10GHz)
Analog Devices ADPA9002 1W Power Amp (~DC to 10GHz) is ideal for military and space and test equipment applications. ADPA9002 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) power amplifier. The amplifier provides 15dB of gain, 42dBm of OIP3, and 31.5dBm of saturated output power (PSAT) while requiring 385mA from a 12V supply. ADPA9002 is self-biased in normal operation and has an optional bias control for supply quiescent current (IDQ) adjustment. The device offers inputs and outputs that are internally matched to 50Ω and is housed in a RoHS-compliant, 5mm x 5mm LFCSP premolded cavity package.Features
- 29dBm (typ.) OP1dB compression point power level
- Audio gain of up to 15dB (typ.)
- OIP3 amplitude of up to 43dBm (typ.)
- Self biased at VDD = 12V at 385mA typical with an optional bias control on VGG1 for IDQ adjustment
- 50Ω matched input/output
- 5mm × 5mm LFCSP packaging
Applications
- Military and space
- Test instrumentation
