Eaton 0603ESDA ESD Suppressors

Eaton 0603ESDA ESD Suppressors provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection with a fast response time of <1ns, allowing equipment to pass IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 test. The single-line, bi-directional 0603ESDA components feature a 0.05pF capacitance, making them ideal for high-speed data applications. The 0603ESDA-MLP1 ESD suppressor provides ESD port protection for mobile phones, smartphones, game consoles, computers, and peripherals. The AEC-Q200-qualified 0603ESDA-AEC1 automotive-grade ESD suppressor is ideal for infotainment/telematics, high-speed data ports/interfaces, automotive body electronics, ADAS systems, and satellite navigation systems.
