KYOCERA AVX LGA Low Inductance Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX Land Grid Array (LGA) Low Inductance Capacitors offer a simplified layout of two large solder pads, compared to eight small pads on Inter-Digitated Capacitors (IDCs). This reduces PCB, or substrate, contribution to the system ESL by using multiple parallel vias in solder pads. These capactiors feature uniformly flat terminations that resist tombstoning and are available in 0306, 0508, and 0805 packages. KYOCERA AVX LGA capacitors are ideal for semiconductor packages and board level device decoupling.
