KYOCERA AVX TWC COTS+ Conventional Wet Tantalum Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX TWC COTS+ Conventional Wet Tantalum Capacitors are designed for use at 125°C. The components are capable of 300 hours of operation at extreme temperatures with the applicable derated voltage. These capacitors include a welded tantalum can and header assembly that provides a hermetic seal to withstand harsh environments. The TWC-Y capacitors can function in temperatures up to 200°C and are capable of 500 hours of operation.
