Vishay / Beyschlag ACAS AT Precision Thin Film Chip Resistor Arrays
Vishay/Beyschlag ACAS AT Precision Thin Film Chip Resistor Arrays are automotive grade with defined tolerance matching and TCR tracking, making it very well-suited for applications with outstanding requirements towards stable fixed resistor ratios. The ACAS 0606 AT resistor array from Vishay/Beyschlag is available either with two equal or two different resistor values, and the ACAS 0612 AT version offers four equal resistor values or two pairs.
Features of Vishay's ACAS AT resistor arrays include superior moisture resistivity, rated dissipation P70 up to 125mW per resistor, ESD capability of 1000V, tracking down to 10ppm/K (±5ppm/K) and 25ppm/K, and tolerance matching down to 0.1% (±0.05%), AEC-Q200 qualification, and RoHS compliance to directive 2002/95/EC.
